I would have to say that the Coronavirus was the ultimate resource our Father used to stir up the world. Other than the Bubonic Plague, there has not been a disease that has stirred up the entire world. As we know, God uses pestilences and diseases to alarm and judge men. Therefore, it seems that the COVID 19 virus was a warning to the world to get their act together or be judged. This virus has also illustrated how people react to natural disasters. Will you rely on the Holy Spirit of God to guide you in these end times, or will you seek reassurance in inanimate objects and materials (like a face mask or disinfectant wipes?)
Even before the worldwide pandemic, the Lord has been continuously warning the world through other pestilences like fires, flooding, tornados, earthquakes, etc. It is crucial as Christians and brothers in Christ to be aware of the signs.
The sun shall be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the great and awesome day of the Lord comes (Joel 2: 31)
It is no coincidence we live in these amazing times to be a witness to those around us and bring forth the Kingdom! Please see the timeline below of the cosmic and earthly signs happening in this present age that were forewarned in the bible:
There will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves (Luke 21:25)
All these signs are essential as each gesture is a movement and signal of the increasing birth pains and soon return of our Lord Jesus Christ.
